This week we donated 108 boxes of toiletries worth hundreds of pounds which contained soap, shampoo and conditioner to nearby centre's, the Hamish Allen, Talbot Centre, Elder Park Project and Al-Khair Centre all benefited from this donation.

This week we purchased carpets and got them fitted to a local woman's home, even the small things make a big difference.

Today we purchased £1000 worth of grocery gift vouchers which will be handed out to families this Christmas.

Without the help of Indika who lives in Welipenna, Sri-Lanka we would not be able to do the projects we do, as some of you may know Indika was a friend of Chris's and Sri- Lanka was a big part of Chris's life, through Indika Chris's work will carry on and the people who need it most will be supported by Sunny-sid3up.

At this time Scotland Sunny- sid3up did lot charity work in Sri Lanka. Next one is hope to help old man. He is spending poor life. His stay very old house and unsafely roof.

Well our glass bottle collection is over and thanks to your donations we've raised £840!

Back in 1993, charity founder Chris Feeney kickstarted his fundraising with a glass bottle collection. 22 years on Sunny-sid3up is relaunching the "Don't be Stingie Geez yur Gingies" campaign.

We are pleased to announce we will be sponsoring a Hillwood Boys Club team for their upcoming season. Hillwood BC was founded in 1966 by the Smith Family who at the time invested £20 to buy the team's first set football strips.

Sunny-sid3up has committed £5500 to The Core CLD, an organisation providing community learning services to the youth of Pollok. Operating out of St Convals Church Hall on Hapland Road The Core CLD was established to tackle issues facing young people who live in Greater Pollok and the surrounding areas.

I met these lads on my second visit to Sri Lanka. Budika, the band leader and the lads are very dedicated to their music. When I first went to practice, I could not help but notice their equipment was of very poor quality.

With the help from "Sunny Govan Community Radio" in Govan, Glasgow we managed to raise a small amount of money in the first year to buy a fax machine for the school. In 2007 we took it a little further, with campaign, "don't be stingy gees yur gingies", we were able to raise £500.
