Sunny-sid3up invests £7000 in Sunny Govan Radio to deliver the training and development of Young People and People with Disabilities.

The Aim of the Funding is support the following training places:

Music Technology course for 10 people to include people with disabilities and people from different ethnic backgrounds in the G51 area
Introduction to Community Development training sessions with opportunity for progression towards the Community Achievement Awards x 30 people
Training Young People x 12 in radio and broadcasting skills to develop confidence in speaking, listening skills and to include using digital technology.

Outcomes:

30 people will have achieved Certificate in Community Achievement Award
12 young people will achieve Certificate Sunny G Radio & Sunny Side Up Community Award & The Saltire Award for young people
